Is The Scrambler open right now?

Where is the physical location going to be?
Our inaugural clubhouse is being developed in a central, highly accessible metropolitan hub designed for hassle-free evening and weekend access. Full address details and VIP hardhat walk-through invitations will be sent directly to registered Founding Members first.
Do I need to be a low-handicap golfer to belong?
Not even close. We love scratch golfers, but we also love people who shoot 105 and appreciate a dry martini with good playlist energy. Our bays accommodate serious game-improvement data as seamlessly as casual Friday night scrambles with friends.
When does my recurring membership fee start billing?
Billing begins strictly on opening day when the front doors unlock. You are not charged ongoing monthly dues during the construction phase. Your initial founding deposit simply holds your spot and claims your locked pricing tier.
What happens if construction or permitting timelines change?
Total transparency is our ethos. We provide monthly video build logs and private updates. In the unlikely event our grand opening shifts significantly, your founding deposit remains 100% refundable with no questions asked prior to ribbon-cutting.
Can I bring non-member guests to play and socialize?
Yes. A social club without your crew is just practice. Members receive allocated monthly guest passes, discounted additional bay passes, and full access to host clients or friends across the lounge and restaurant spaces.
Why should I secure a Founding 250 spot now instead of waiting?
Founding membership caps are permanent: once 250 spots are claimed, initial initiation pricing expires permanently and subsequent applicants enter our vetted waitlist. Founding members also receive the bespoke heritage welcome package and soft-launch private play week access.
